"Summer in Mallorca" — Annual Spanish Dinner

For nearly a decade, the Annual Spanish Dinner at Café | Cortina has become one of the most anticipated evenings of the year — a special tradition celebrating the vibrant flavors, warm hospitality, and relaxed elegance of Spain.

This summer’s experience, “Summer in Mallorca,” is inspired by the beauty and coastal cuisine of Mallorca, the largest of Spain’s Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean. Chef Ernesto Antopia, who was born and raised in Spain, has created an exclusive multi-course menu influenced by the island’s seafood-driven cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and sun-soaked Mediterranean flavors that reflect both his roots and the garden-to-table philosophy of Café | Cortina.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a lively yet elegant atmosphere featuring live Spanish guitar music alongside dishes inspired by Mallorca’s coastal traditions — highlighting fresh seafood, vibrant produce, aromatic herbs, citrus, saffron, olive oils, and other flavors of the Mediterranean. Optional wine pairings will also be available to complement the menu.
