New Years Eve 2026

New Year’s Eve at Café | Cortina will feature a new format this year, offering guests a few different ways to celebrate the evening. Early seatings from 4:00–6:00pm and 6:00–8:00pm will offer our full regular menu for those looking to enjoy a relaxed dinner earlier in the evening.

Later in the night, our 9:00–10:00pm seating will feature a special New Year’s Eve prix-fixe menu and a festive celebration to ring in the new year. The evening will conclude with a champagne toast at midnight, a balloon drop, and dancing to celebrate the start of the year ahead.
